We explore the electronic states in very small devices ranging from sub-micrometerto nanometer through electron transport. In such small dimensions, quantum phenomena play an important role, leading to applications to nanoelectronic devices.
All postdocs, graduate students, and undergraduate students in our group carry out the whole research activities, including sample fabrication using nanotechnologies, sample characterization, measurement, and data analysis.
